Mr. Hamzat H. Olalekan

Head, Information and Communication Technology (ICT Unit)

Mr. Hamzat Hammed Olalekan joined the Lagos State Public Service in June 2006 as an Assistant Data Processing Officer (Grade Level 6). He served as a member of the Badagry Slum Identification Committee, constituted by the then General Manager, Lagos State Urban Renewal Agency (LASURA).

He also contributed as a member of the Olojojo (Mende, Maryland) Slum Identification Committee, utilizing auto-photo, satellite imagery, and other technological tools to produce a detailed report submitted to Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, then serving as the Governor of Lagos State.

In November 2014, following the approval of his transfer of service into Lagos State Mainstream Public service by Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola (SAN), he joined the Ministry of Science and Technology as a Programme Analyst II Grade Level 8.

He is married to Mrs. Aderonke Nafisat Hamzat and blessed with children.
