These guidelines establish standards for clarity, consistency, and precision in legislative drafting. They incorporate modern drafting techniques and international best practices to ensure our laws are accessible and understandable to all citizens.
The guidelines are available for download and will be used in all future legislative drafting projects undertaken by the commission.
